Audited Supplier The ES7 is equipped with the Banyan Intelligent System, which consists of in-vehicle intelligent hardware, vehicle computing platform, operating system, intelligent algorithms and intelligent applications, and is named after a tree to symbolise continuous growth and the concept of green and sustainable development, Banyan is the intelligent system that corresponds to the second-generation of Azera's technology platform, NT2. Aquila, a super-sensitive system, and Adam, a supercomputing platform, are the components of the Banyan intelligent system, the in-vehicle intelligent hardware, and the whole vehicle computing platform, respectively.
The ES7 is equipped with NAD (NIO Autonomous Driving), Azera's latest autonomous driving technology, which will gradually realise a safe and relaxing point-to-point autonomous driving experience throughout the whole process of high speed, urban area, parking, power exchange, etc. NAD is an important part of the intelligent applications in the Banyan Intelligent System.
The ES7 also inherits Azera's high-performance genes, applying the second-generation high-efficiency electric drive platform with silicon carbide power modules, and accelerating to 100km in just 3.9 seconds. It is equipped with Brembo high-performance four-piston calipers as standard, with a minimum braking distance of 33.9 metres from 100 kilometres to zero, while air suspension is fitted as standard across the board. The Azera ES7 has a low wind resistance coefficient of 0.263, with a standard range battery pack (75kWh) CLTC range of 485km, a long range battery pack (100kWh) range of 620km, and an ultra-long range battery pack (150kWh) range of over 850km. Together with home charging piles, super charging piles and nearly 1,000 Azera power exchange stations across the country, ES7 users will no longer have anxiety about replenishing energy.
Azera ES7 is equipped with PanoCinema, a panoramic digital cockpit that applies AR/VR technology. Azera and NREAL, an innovative AR equipment company, have jointly developed exclusive AR glasses that project a 6-metre view distance and a 201-inch equivalent screen, and with the new 256-colour digital light curtain ambient lighting and Dolby Atmos and 7.1.4 immersive sound systems, PanoCinema is a new way to get the most out of the ES7. will deliver a unique full-sensory immersion experience in an exclusive space like the Azera ES7.
The Azalea ES7 is one of the first passenger cars in China to be certified by regulations to legally tow caravans and trailers on the road. The Azalea ES7 can be optionally equipped with a hidden electric unhitch with a maximum towing capacity of 2 tonnes, supporting power supply for the equipment being towed, as well as a camping mode and external discharge function in outdoor scenarios.
The Azera ES7 features four NVIDIA Drive Orin chips with Qualcomm 8155's processor, as well as NT2.0 assisted driving features with dual side angle cameras and overhead lidar as standard.
As the first SUV built on Azera's second-generation technology platform NT2, it is also Azera's first large five-seat SUV, positioned as a purely electric mid-size SUV, equipped with a dual-motor four-wheel-drive system, and with an officially announced acceleration time of 3.9 seconds over 100 kilometres.
